Project LeadAbout Project LEAD - Project LEAD, formed in 1987, is a leadership training program with a professional, personal and community focus. Each year the program is updated to ensure graduates are will prepared to serve as leaders both in their workplace and community.
Attendees will have hands-on experience and participate in round table discussions at various locations throughout Waverly. The class will work together to build and strengthen their leadership skill, enhance their personal and professional lives, and prepare for community involvement.
Who is Project LEAD? You! The person that will join the community's long-standing leaders.
Mission: To develop informed and involved local leaders who will help direct the future of our community.
Goals:
*Unite emergin leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
*Increase participants' knowledge and understanding of community issues.
*Broaden a collective vision for a better Waverly.
*Enhance each individual's ability to lead.
