The Avenue of the Saints, a 4-lane north-south transportation corridor, runs through Bremer County and has direct access from Waverly. This highway connects St. Paul, MN with St. Louis, MO, and provides a 4-lane connection to Interstates I-35 and I-80. US Highway 20

The Waverly Municipal Airport offers services for private aircraft with a 2,800 foot runway, navigational aid, charter service, courtesy transportation, fuel sales and hangar availability. The Waterloo Regional Airport (20 miles) partners with northwest Airlines to offer commercial air service with daily flights to Minneapolis, MN, as well as corporate and general aviation services, car rentals, and a recently renovated passenger terminal.
