WAVERLY-SHELL ROCK COMMUNITY SCHOOLS (link)    

The Waverly-Shell Rock Community Schools are located within the communities of Waverly and Shell Rock in northeastern Iowa. Seven schools make up the district including five elementary schools, a junior high and a high school. The district strives "to create a passion for learning that will sustain students for a lifetime."

HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (link)       

Waterloo, IA

Hawkeye Community College, an accredited two-year comprehensive Community College located 30 minutes from Waverly, offers a wide range of vocational, technical and career programs.  Hawkeye Community College is also an active member in the Region 7 Workforce Development system. The College operates and maintains several employment and training programs and serves as a channel for state and federal funding.

WARTBURG COLLEGE (link)       



Waverly, Iowa

Wartburg College, founded in 1852, is a selective four-year liberal arts college of the Lutheran Church (ELCA), nationally recognized for community engagement. The college offers more than 50 academic majors and pre-professional and certificate programs leading to the bachelor's degree, and Wartburg is also the only private college in Iowa offering a major in Music Therapy.
